To further enhance security, the platform also includes a liveliness check, a biometric-based method that confirms the presence of the signatory in real-time. These combined verification methods ensure a high level of trust and prevent unauthorized signing.

Email OTP
The Email OTP verification method ensures that only the intended signatory can proceed with the document signing. A unique One-Time Password is sent to the signatory’s registered email address, requiring them to enter this code before moving forward. SMS OTP
The SMS OTP method offers an additional layer of verification by sending a unique code directly to the signatory’s mobile phone. This ensures that only the person with access to the registered phone number can complete the signing process. It adds another level of protection by verifying the identity of the signatory through their mobile device, which is often more secure and immediate than other methods.
Liveliness Checking
